HHI now offers our Classic Smooth Top triple tree specifically designed for your 2018-up M8 Softail. This NEW Triple Tree has a smooth top design hiding the fork tube and neck stem bolts for a true custom look. We used generous corner rounding, large radiused surfaces with no ball mills or logos to give that show stopping custom look. Manufactured in house to our superior quality levels, we use 6061-T6 billet aluminum for maximum strength needed to provide lasting performance.
Triple Trees listed here are designed for a custom size wheel installation or trike conversion and are available in 3°, 5° and 6° rake. The 3° rake is recommended with a 21" size wheel, 5° rake for a 23” wheel and 6° rake for a 26” wheel. Trike conversions with stock wheels typically use the 5° rake.
These trees are offered in both the stock mid glide width of 8 1/2" and wide glide width of 9 7/8", both centerline tube measurements. They also have provision for a custom lower mount headlight, an integrated fork stop and work with the stock fork lock.
Models with stock mid glide width are FXBB and FXST. Most others use the wide glide width. Also when converting to a larger wheel most fenders require the wide glide triple tree width.
